Delivery

All items are shipped with Evri or DPD and I aim to send them within 1-3 days of purchase.

Prices below are for stock items and smaller bespoke orders. Larger bespoke orders may be an additional cost but this will be discussed when quoting.

If you experience any issues or delays with delivery please let me know and I'll do what I can to help. 

UK Delivery

The cost for standard delivery is £3 and should arrive within 2-4 working days.

If you require express delivery please get in touch by entering your details in the contact form below and I will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss the options available. 

USA Delivery

The cost for delivery is £15.50 and should be delivered within 3-11 working days. 

Returns

To return an item please fill in your details on the form at the bottom of the page. Be sure to include your order number and reason for returning. In order to be eligible for a return you must contact me within 7 days of receipt of your item(s).

Items must be sent back in the original packaging and you as the customer are responsible for the postage cost to return an item. If you are returning from the USA any customs fees or taxes will also be deducted from your refundable amount. 

The money will be refunded to you once I received the item(s) back in the original condition. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know. 

Please note, you are not able to return bespoke pieces.

If there is an issue with your items or they have been damaged during delivery please contact me. Be sure to provide your order number and any other relevant information. 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order I need to know within 12 hours of purchase. Once your item has been sent out I am unable to cancel the order. 

You are unable to cancel a bespoke order if I have already begun making your item(s). Please let me know within 12 hours of purchase or 2 hours if it is a rush order.
